From your initial consultation to the final inspection, we are here to guide and assist you throughout the entire process.

During your consultation appointment, an in-depth inspection will be performed to identify any present concerns and/or issues you may be experiencing and determine your exterior renovation project needs.
Choosing the appropriate roof, siding and eavestrough requires you to select the proper material, colour and style. Following the inspection, a 3D model of your home will be created using the latest technology to demonstrate the products available to you and how your home would look post installation. Our expert will be able to answer any questions you may have and recommend which exterior solutions are most appropriate to meet your criteria.
You will then be provided with a FREE written estimate and information about our easy monthly payment option.
Upon authorization for your project to commence, our office manager will contact you to confirm availability and initiate a start date for your project(s). A communication portal will be set up to ensure you have 24/7 access to our team members in order answer any outstanding or ongoing questions you may have and approve project details throughout the entire renovation process.
On installation day the crew leader will introduce themselves and complete a walk around of your home with you. While onsite, our experienced crew will follow all safety guidelines, as well as, carry proper WSIB and Liability insurance. They will determine areas that will require extra protection, identify their procedures for the day and discuss any potential concerns they may have.
Following the completion of your project, our office manager will contact you to ensure you are 100 percent satisfied and proceed to go over final payment options (*Cheque, e-transfer, and credit cards). Once your final payment has been processed, manufacturers and workmanship warranties will be mailed to you.
